Heart & Disc Family Necklace available in Gold, Rose Gold or Silver

Our heart & disc family necklace brings together a sleek and contemporary design. The disc pendant can be personalised with your own text of up to 25 characters so you can add names, dates, etc, in a choice of two fonts.  The necklace also has a smaller heart which sits next to the disc. Available with 18ct gold plating, sterling silver plating or 18ct rose gold plating.
