Our terms and conditions apply to all transactions on the Made For You website and are set out below.
This website is operated by Made For You. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Made For You. Made For You offers this website, including all information, products, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
Please read through these carefully before placing your order and then download or print a copy for future reference. We may change these terms without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received.
By visiting our site and / or purchasing something from us, you accept our terms and conditions regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us. If you do not accept these terms and conditions then please do not use our website.
The content of this website is provided ‘as is’ without any conditions, warranties or other terms of any kind. Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
When you place an order with us, we will send you an acknowledgement by email detailing the product(s) you have ordered. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we dispatch the product(s) to you regardless of when your payment was processed. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time and for any reason.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you and the person the order is delivered to are aged 18 or over.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT and include it in the total price.
Our prices are reviewed periodically.
We only accept payment in pounds sterling £.
The majority of our products are made to order. Manufacturing times and therefore dispatch times vary from product to product and are shown on each product page. Our goods will be dispatched during our usual working hours which are 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday, we do not usually operate at weekends or bank holidays.
We can only deliver to addresses within the UK and delivery will be made to the address given at the time of order. We will not be liable for any incorrect deliveries or goods not received if the address given contains errors. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over.
You may opt to have your goods delivered to an address which is different from your billing address for example, if you wish you get your goods delivered to someone else as a gift, or to your place of work.
We make every effort to dispatch and deliver your goods as quickly as possible and within the estimated timescales however delays are occasionally inevitable. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within the estimated timescales.
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our deliveries although the delivery method chosen will be selected according to the requirements of a particular order. Standard delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days to reach you from dispatch and is free for all orders.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 28 days of the date you placed your order, Made For You will not be liable unless you have notified us by email at hello@madeforyou.co.uk within 40 days of the when your order was placed.
In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an undelivered item.
We offer safe and secure encrypted payment options through WorldPay. You can pay by Visa Credit, Visa Debit, MasterCard Credit, MasterCard Debit, JCB, Visa Electron and Maestro. WorldPay process over half of the credit and debit card transactions across the UK and their payment gateway is fully PCI DSS level 1 compliant.
Your order will then be processed and acknowledged by e-mail. For total security payment card details are automatically encrypted. Details are then verified with the bank and orders processed once authorised. Full details are given in our Privacy Policy.
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to items which we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you or goods which have been opened. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy for further information.
We try to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products are accurately described on this website. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description or price of goods displayed on this website. If we discover an error in the price or description of goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order based on the correct price or description, or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
We want you to be happy with everything you order and if you’re not, we want to hear about it. If anything you receive does not meet your expectations or is faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us within 5 working days of receipt of your item at hello@madeforyou.co.uk quoting your name, order number and the reason you are not happy, and we will advise you how to proceed. We are unable to accept returns without prior notification. The provisions in this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, and we promise never to release your personal details to any outside company for mailing or marketing purposes. We use World Pay, a payment service provider who process over half of the credit and debit card transactions across the UK. The Payment Gateway is fully encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) Level 1 to ensure that all sensitive information is fully protected throughout the payment process.

You hold responsibility for ensuring that your password remains secure however if you suspect that someone else knows your password then you should contact us immediately.
We will take all reasonable precautions to keep your details secure but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

All prices are right at the time of publishing online, although circumstances beyond our control, like inflation, may cause price changes. We do our best to let you know about any price changes before goods are live. All reductions in price are reductions against our own previous prices and terms unless otherwise indicated.
All our sizes and measurements are approximate. Colours may not be exact due to reproduction limitations and resolution settings of your computer.
All products are subject to availability. If an item isn’t available we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of accepting a substitute product of equal value or cancelling your order.
We’ve selected our products on the basis that they will be used for domestic use only and we will not be liable for any loss resulting from the commercial use of our products.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of our products (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of any product.
